Olivia Branscum graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill in 2015 with a double major in Philosophy and Studio Art. She spends much of her time thinking, talking, and writing about radical approaches to doing theory and recording history, as well as building sculptural and performative sound installations. While at UNC, Olivia managed the university's student-run radio station for two years, and she remains active in community radio in the area. Olivia received numerous awards for her work at UNC, including several research grants and the university's oldest academic award. She currently works at a textile startup in Durham.
